1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made on www.tvropt.eu, which is owned and operated by 21Optical ApS. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Please note that these terms may be updated from time to time. We recommend reviewing them each time you shop with us. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

Eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase.
• You must hold a valid debit or credit card accepted by tvropt.eu (Visa, Mastercard, or other accepted methods).

2. Payment & Pricing

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Other accepted cards shown at checkout

Your card will not be charged until the order has been dispatched. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You will see the full order total, including shipping, before completing your purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. Standard rates are as follows:

Important notice for non-EU customers:
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and/or handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fee. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for an estimate before placing an order.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Eligibility & Timeframe

You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below. To initiate a return:

• Email us at info@tvropt.eu within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Our customer service team will send you a prepaid UPS return label (PDF) by email.
• Print the label and attach it securely to the package.
• The item must be received by us within 14 days of your return notification.

4.2 Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original, unused condition:

• No scratches, marks, or signs of wear on the frame or lenses.
• Security label intact and in its original position (bridge or side temple).
• All original accessories, labels, and stickers included and in their original position.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return and could be sent back to the customer at their expense.

4.3 Refund Processing

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Exchanges

We understand that fit is important. If your frame does not fit correctly and the same model is available in a different size, we are happy to arrange an exchange where possible.

If you require a different model altogether, please follow these steps:

• Return the original item for a full refund (see Section 4 above).
• Place a new order for your preferred alternative.

Exchange and return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.

6. Product Authenticity Guarantee

Each TVR frame sold on tvropt.eu is certified as authentic and has been handcrafted to the highest quality standards by skilled craftsmen in Sabae, Japan — a region renowned worldwide for precision eyewear manufacturing.

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. However, please note that the authenticity guarantee does not cover damage caused by physical mishandling, including stretching the frame to a shape or size other than its original form.

7. Warranty

All TVR frames are covered by a two (2) year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

7.1 What is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Technical defects that arise under normal, intended use.

7.2 What is Not Covered

• Physical damage caused by mishandling, dropping, or applying force.
• Damage from stretching, bending, or adjusting the frame beyond its intended range.
• Breakage due to accidental damage or misuse.
• Normal wear and tear over time.

7.3 How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@tvropt.eu with the following information:

• Your original purchase confirmation email.
• Date of purchase.
• Order number.
• Details and description of the defect, including photographs where possible.

We will review your claim and respond with next steps as promptly as possible.
